This Privacy Policy explains how Buddy Soft Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use TyreLab (the "Service"), our tyre shop and wheel-alignment management application available as a web app and an Android app. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account & shop details — shop name, subdomain, owner/staff names, mobile number and email provided at sign-up or in settings.
• Operational data you enter — customers, vehicles, alignment readings, service records, bills and pricing for your shop.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive payment status and reference IDs but do not store full card or bank details.
• Technical data — device, browser, IP address and usage logs needed to operate and secure the Service. Push notification tokens if you enable notifications.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service and your shop's account.
• To process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To send service, security and (where permitted) renewal-related messages.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.

3. Tenant isolation

TyreLab is multi-tenant. Each shop's data is logically isolated and is only accessible to that shop's authorised users. We do not mix one shop's customer or billing data with another's.

4. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service — for example Razorpay (payments) and our hosting/infrastructure providers — and only as needed to deliver the Service, or where required by law.

5. Security

PINs are stored only as salted PBKDF2 hashes, never in plain text. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember device preferences (such as your selected printer), and support offline use of the app.

7. Data retention

We retain your shop's data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You may request export or deletion of your data, subject to those obligations.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. As a shop, you are the controller of the customer data you enter and are responsible for handling it lawfully.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
